Paul
The room was huge with two comfy queen beds, providing plenty of space to relax. The balcony offered lovely views of the city and a glimpse of the ocean, perfect for evening sit-downs. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to sleep well. the room got quite hot, and the cooling unit struggled to keep up. Noise from the street was intrusive, especially on weekends. While the decor felt a bit dated, it didn’t take away from the overall comfort. Minor issues with the fridge and door were quickly handled by responsive staff.

Fairly clean reasonable value hotel with an excellant pool and a favourable location very close to many restaurants and shops, shops and Stanley Park, and the business area of town. Delicious and very good breakfast option with good coffee and casual meals, as for instance. Spotless room for relaxing.

Spacious well appointed and very well decorated room with air conditioner, fridge, as example as advertised. An absolutely perfect location close to bars and restaurants. And only 10 minutes walking to downtown.

great view but one microwave chaos
The view from my corner room is killer! The location lets you walk to great restaurants and it has a lovely indoor pool and sauna.
There’s only one microwave in the lobby which is a bit of a hassle.

Perfectly situated for urban adventures and sightseeing
The hotel is right on Robson Street, surrounded by an array of shops and cozy restaurants, making it super convenient for those who love to stroll and discover local flavors—plus, it's just a short walk to Stanley Park and the Granville Island ferries, which I really enjoyed exploring during the day; the spacious rooms offer amazing views of the harbor and city, and after a long day of walking, I appreciated the jacuzzi to unwind. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I found the room to be very clean and comfortable, but it could use a few more staff members at the front desk for quicker service.

Great hotel with a fantastic ocean view. Comfortable rooms and helpful staff. Enjoyed the espresso machine and quick access to local dining options. The jacuzzi was a welcome retreat after busy days. Quick elevators eased my initial concerns about the 24th floor. some areas need improvement. USB ports in room 2707 didn’t work, but my plug adapter solved the issue. The reception could benefit from more staff during peak times. Lack of readily available toiletries and assistance with printing boarding passes was frustrating. Clearer transit information for first-time visitors would enhance the experience. The pool’s chlorine level was excessive. A good stay, but with room for thoughtful adjustments.

Super location, perfect Ramen restaurant opposite (Hoisin)
Very loud air conditioning

Great central location, close to downtown venues and stunning views from corner suites with balconies. The bed was super comfy, and the bathroom had a modern touch which was a nice surprise among the dated decor.
The room felt musty with outdated decor and dirty walls. Thin walls made it hard to get a good night's sleep with noise from neighboring rooms.

Exceptionally clean rooms with amazing views made for a lovely stay. The jacuzzi was a great way to unwind after busy days. Easy access to public transport and a location close to numerous restaurants were definite pluses. the reception staff could improve their demeanor, as a few encounters felt curt. I appreciated the small gestures from housekeeping, but a lack of info on local attractions was a miss. The pool was cozy, though I noticed chlorine was a bit overpowering at times. Still, the facilities and spacious rooms make it worth considering again.
